TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Payment of the booking in full is collected before 72 hrs.  Or when checking in at reception.
• Check-out is at 11:00 Am & Check-in is at 14:00 
• Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed, if not accompanied by an adult or legal guardian – Relation Proof required.
• Guests must be above 18yrs with Govt issued Id, If Foreign national valid passport is required.
• Child & Extra Bed Policy. (extra charge)
• Passport, Aadhar, Driving License and Govt. ID are accepted as ID proof(s)
• Pets are not allowed.
• Alcohol consumption is not allowed outside the rooms and open space of the property.
• Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay. They can use common areas to meet their visitors. Unless registered with Govt ID proof.
• LATE CHECK-OUT (If room available)  – A late check-out fee of minimum 500/- will be applicable for a maximum of 2 hours. • If above 2 hours a full days charge will be applied 
• Early Arrival: before 1400 hours on the day of arrival must be pre-blocked on availability. Contact reception 24 hrs. before arrival. –  full / half day charges may be applied. 
• Guests fail to check out on the given date and time and not present at premises. Staff  is not responsible for their personal belongings & baggage when moved to the store area. The room will be a forced entry and housekeeping will prepare the room for the next guest. (12 noon – force entry)
• Holding the baggage in the hotel, the guest will be charged Rs 100/-per bag per day. 
• If the key of the room is lost. A replacement lock will be charged to the guest of Rs 200/- 
• No refunds on early departure from the confirmed checkout date, made at time of reservation.
• Bookings made with “no show” at the hotel – No refund. 
• No Smoking or any type of narcotics on the property. If found 5000/- fine will be charged. 
• No Illegal activities. 
• Guests are requested not to invite outside visitors in the room during their stay. They can use common areas to meet their visitors. Unless registered with Govt ID proof. at the front desk when check-in. (charges will apply if guests enter the room after 9pm ) They can use common areas to meet their visitors.
• If any friend of the guest is allowed, it’s at their own risk and we have a right to cancel your stay further.
• No additional personal high power products to be plugged in the wall units or any electrical area.
• No Cooking in the rooms. 
• No Loud music or any disturbance allowed.
• Keep wet and dry garbage separated.
